What is a Rhum Arrangé?
Arranged rum, an infusion of rum with fruit, spices, and sometimes herbs, is a tradition that began with the discovery of rum itself in the 17ᵉ century. The history of this drink is deeply rooted in the culture of tropical islands, particularly in the Indian Ocean and the Caribbean.
At Maison Noirot we are reinventing this tradition by choosing breakthrough flavours that will take you on a journey to all the regions of France.
Arranged rum that's proud of its roots!
Our arranged rums pay homage to traditional French flavours, so it was important to us to use French ingredients to guarantee authenticity and quality. So each bottle is made from rum from the French West Indies, with flavours developed to order in the Drôme (26), then carefully produced and bottled in Isère. To bring out the best in these recipes, we've chosen cane sugar, which is better quality and tastier than beet sugar.
Gourmet recipes
Our priority for these recipes was to recreate the faithful taste of the pastries featured in the rhums arrangés. Caramelised, fondant, shortbread, puff pastry... discover a mosaic of textures, flavours and gourmet memories.
The art of ending a meal!
Halfway between a digestif and a dessert, our arrangés are the perfect way to end a meal.
Pure on the rocks, to release all their aromas, our arrangés pâtissiers & gourmands stand on their own. With this range of products, Maison Noirot offers you a combination of pleasure and sharing around the table.
